ASBA Caroline pedal question

I recently picked up a Caroline pedal but the rear fabric hinge is missing and modified. I have looked at all the online images but none really show the original fabric heel hinge area well.

Does someone have a good photo or photos they can send me showing how the original heel fabric hinge attaches etc. so I can try to put this one back to original condition?

This appears to be a well engineered pedal and I would like to try and get it back to playing condition.

Thanks that is exactly what I was looking for. My pedal board has some large holes in that I will have to address as they put some bolts through and they became loose and wore oblong on the board itself. But I think I can get her back to service again based upon your photos.
