Old School- just had to time to log in and see the pic of the kit- very nice appearance. Nice old MIJ for you there-anything below 300$ is good on you. I would feel better it was between 225$ - 250$

If that is the same company that made Aria guitars it would not suprise me if that kit is of good quality,A friend of mine had a short scale bass from them and it was really nice,great looking wood,well built,played and sounded great.Those look like cast rims,and the shells look like horizontal grain and hardwood interiors,they are worth what you want to pay,I think anywhere between 250.00 to 350.00 is fair,but fair market should be around 250.00 IMO,the one issue to consider is that sometimes the Chrome on those MIJ's does not come back as smooth and gleaming like on older U.S.A and European kits.
