Are you sure that is the arm? I really have only had one of those strainers as most all of my Stars have either the 4 point Rogers knock off (pic below) or the 940 Super Strainer and 941 microsensitive butt (Fast Tension Snare Bracket). I would like to have an example of the 925 Rapid Strainer & 931 Back Plate ( http://www.tamadrum.co.jp/anniversar...cat_id=7&now=3 ). Anyway, Mikey will have one, I am sure of that. But if the one he has is only missing an arm that screws in, I may well have one of those.

No - that's not the strainer I have. The arm I need is the large bassball-bat type that must have a threaded end. And it fits through a hole (the hole you see in this photo is not threaded) and there will be a small nut that goes on to hold it in place.

Hi Kona!

If you haven't yet found your replacement strainer, go on over to Ebay and search for item 330553505807. It's a MIJ shell that appears to have been re-wrapped and includes the strainer you need. Appears to be very clean! Let us know if you snag it!
