Apollo drums

How much would be a good price for this kit? It's missing the floor tom. If I bought it would it probably be best to just sell it piece by piece...I would think it would be nearly impossible to find the matching floor tom with same wrap.

Those look to be the Star made Apollo drums as opposed to the Pearl Made ones. Far as I know only Star made those lugs.

I agree, the lugs look like star. I'm not sure I want to mess with them. If it was a complete set, I probably would. They are only asking $60

I'd scoop them for $60. Those lugs are on the harder to find side.

I was thinking I could probably piece it out....sell the tom and snare intact and maybe sell the lugs and tom mount off the kick? I might get them. It's a craigslist deal :)

I'd keep them together and see if you can find a floor tom, or maybe someone has the floor tom and needs the rest of the kit. I have a few of those lugs ( maybe 2-4 ) And blue sparkle I would assume is more common than some of the others we've seen.

My main issue is the price of shipping the whole kit. There aren't a whole lot of MIJ collectors or drum collectors period where I live so I figure I would have to use ebay or reverb to sell them.

Don't do that! This is probably exactly how the set came in the mid-late 60s - without a floor tom. It's all together and looks like it's in good shape. This is a cool find! So if you cant live without the FT, I'd let this one pass.

I will prob a it let it go. If I knew someone would buy it with out a floor tom I may get. I would flip it so I could have the funds for stuff for my other kits
