I saw something like that on e-bay a while ago... Looks European to me, but beyond that... no clue.

Lugs look like some mix of ludwig and John Grey/Olympic. Screws look european. The print on the reso-head looks strongly like the design of the premier everplay extra heads on premier drums. Been googeling my butt off, but can't find anything. For now I'll assume it's british.

Looks like Hudson to me.

Was part of the Belgian Sonorus brand.

In particular known for their marching snares.

As far as I know, Hudson was the topline of Sonorus.

So, it could all make sense.
