It may have been brought up before, but I don't ever remember seeing one. Too bad it's a very common wrap, otherwise it could make a great floor tom conversion if you've been hunting for one in a non-standatd wrap.

I have two Star marchers, a 14X10 inches and a 15 incher. I use the 14 incher as a third rack tom. It booms out for sure, especially with a black chrome head! I also use a Star cocktail drum as a second floor tom. Thunderous!

I have a beat up but otherwise complete Zim Gar marcher (small round blue badge)
I thought I had two but the other is a Kent
I also have two BDP small chip marching shells missing some stuff
Those may be Pearl
finally I have a blue sparkle Revelle badged marcher converted to a tom
and stripped of most hardware .
..so they do show up from time to time
I had an almost identical Lyra marching snare some years ago. I swapped out the original lugs for Slingerland lugs and installed a set of Stick Saver hoops. A nice marching drum!
