It is looking nice, interesting claws, maybe a Set from the east? Poland, Hungary, Russia?

Dubán is indeed Hungarian made. Sometimes you can find a winner, sometimes not. I played a Dubán set on some recordings a number of years ago and the drums were deader than dead, even with no dampening. Just THUD and that's it. You can hear them here if you are curious (on Soundcloud).
I agree with newvintageguy. That green pearl set is one fine looking set of drums! It's also a drum name I've never heard of....what would make them so characteristically dead sounding? Nice trods and that tom mount is funky-even if not adjustable. Thanks for sharing.
What made the Dubán set I played so dead (non-resonant)? Well, back when I played that kit I wasn't so interested in details like bearing edges, wood type, and similar. So I can't answer with any good info. Sorry
