Any way to take crayon marks off of a coated head?

Loading...

I bought a Camco kit a few months ago. The logo head is great......except that someone scrawled their band name on it. I realize that this is a potential chore, but I find it hard to trash an original Camco head. I don't want to do it!

Is there any possible way to clean the head without wrecking it?

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

I know that dry cleaning fluid will dissolve wax. But I don't know if you can buy that anywhere. If you can, try it on a garbage head first.

They really are magic. I just used one an hour about on a vintage wooden cabinet. It took off all kinds of marks that looked permanent-- crayon, paint, mystery black stuff... They're worth a try anytime.

I would suggest this as well. Can't hurt anything. He's also a very cool dude.
