Can some one tell me what make this is??
Just asking for a friend, it's not mine.
Thanks.

No clue..but it is BIZARRE....
Nope. I'd veer towards European. Kinda funky and unique lugs. No idea on shell, though judging from bolstered spur arrangement, it's probably thin and fragile, (vertical grain?). Destined to be an orphan for some time to come I would estimate.
Too bad the badge is missing...you can see where one was...... :-(
Mystery drum...
I would guess Euro also...maybe even Eastern Euro....
Assymetric T-handles and some forward-thinking hardware tend to make me think of "out of the box" companies like Meazzi. As stated, vertical ply makes me think beech wood. Gray paint in the interior.
Looks Russian, at least East European to me.
Regards,
Lars
Why it's a REMO of course you silly!!!!
One thing for sure - we are all going to learn something from this thread, provided we ever get to the bottom of this one!
Calling all European members here - as that would be my guess as well.
It is Trowa, made in former East Germany in 50-s and 60-s
TROWA is definetly right for me to:-)!!
Dule, you almost right.
It's one of TACTON versions immediately after Lefima nationalization.
These lugs indeed also were used on some Trowa kits - 1955-1960, but on 2-legs bass drums. Trowa also have had 4-legs versions BD, but with other lugs.
