any idea what these hi-hats are?

Curious if anybody knows who made these or what they are? I figure they are some entry level cymbals.

Really tough to tell without seeing if there's a stamp, logo, etc.

The auction ended and I passed on them. I figure they were probably just some low end cymbals that came with an entry level kit.
