The lugs look as if they could be WWII Gretsch. See attached picture from the Vintage Drum Guide linked at the upper right corner of this website. The lugs have gaps beneath them along the mid-section as do the drums in your link.

I agree with Dan.They appear to be Gretsch Broadcasters by the "rocket" lugs.No doubt great sounding drums,and a piece of history.
