Any idea on what brand is this HH stand?

I found this neat stand with a Rogers set that I bought like a year ago. I don't really know what it is. I thought it was a Trixon by the look of the footplate but there is no Trixon stamp on the rubber plate. Looks like a German design but a friend suggested it might be an early Tama too...Any Help, Guys?

First thought is a Star from the late 60s, early 70s...BRB....

OK, this is a 67, and it looks like the precedant. Maybe by like 69 or 70, that would be right.
