Any Drouyn people out there?

Loading...

New Guy here...

Anyone know where I can get a couple of Drouyn bass drum lug covers and tension rods? I have an old Drouyn marching drum, 50s or 60s I think - wooden hoops, tapered shell (front head 17", batter head 18"), which my uncle used to use as a bass drum. The thread inside one of the lug covers is burred to billio and I don't want to start mucking about trying to adapt original equipment and possibly damaging it.

Any ideas? I'm based in Sydney, just FYI.

Many thanks in advance!

Adam.

Morning All,

Here's some pics of mine. I have no real idea of the date of this, I'm only guessing that it's 50s/60s.

Cheers,

Adam

Get in line mate :P A lot of us are after Drouyn parts and they are proving to be rare and very expensive if found. In addition to troutsounds, you could try drum cartel or kentville drums.
