I've been going through some of my excess "drum stuff" and ran across this antique train whistle. This one came with an old J.W. York & Sons kit that I purchased many years ago. I'm assuming that it's probably from the early 1900s, although I haven't seen one identical to it in any of the catalogues that I've checked.

If anyone happens to have any info regarding the possible manufacturer, the age, or the value of this piece I'd love to hear from you.
