In what year did they go to 10 lugs on a 22" BD?

I have used that Jon,but there is quite a gap between years on some issues of catalogs,so that's why I am asking...
Maybe someone from the UK knows more firsthand then me going by the catalogs.
No one has answered my question on here,for example.....

well, the 10 lug bass drums began when they starting marketing them as Elite as opposed to the Resonators, what year? first Resos were in 72?
