Another seller that not only does not ship to Canada, but Canadian emails are blocked.....can't even send an email to ask/beg to be included in the bidding process.

I can understand the frustration of filling out the extra (Customs forms) paperwork but that can be softened by offering to pay the seller a few extra bucks for going to the trouble of doing it....IMHO anyway.

I think it's a cool drum. I bought (was allowed to buy haha) an Apollo snare drum recently in eBay. I'm using it with my new Gretsch Custom USA jazz kit and it's not a bad sounding little drum. It took a while to 'tweek' it just right...but it is a drum, it does sound like a drum and it looks great = Red Sparkle:)

I know....I could have someone in the USA buy it for me and ship it to me. Even though a few very gracious Forum members have offered and I have taken advantage of it and I'm very greatful I'm getting tired of asking.....mayby I should just retire in the good ole USAKeep on Pl

It's one freakin' piece of paper, and on top of that it's only a few lines! What "stress"...it takes 2 minutes. So you can't get a drum because someone is lazy....I could help, but you are so close to the border, you need to get a good friend just south so you can do all this and not be concerned about it.

Thanks Johnni - I hear ya.

I was only RANTING because it seems to be happening more and more lately. The example I gave about paying the extra money to have the seller feel better about filling out the paper is from personal communication with a seller that was fed up with shipping across the boarder. I guess he had some bad 'ebay' experiences and just did not want to bother with it.

And - yes - I can have items shipped to a pickup just across the boarder and I have done that in the past.
