another gretsch round badge snare, looks alittle weird though, help?

hey guys,

have an opp to buy this drum, just wanted your opinions on it first.

appears to be a gretsch round badge 5x14 natural wood shell snare drum.

it is a round badge but i believe the throw off to be 70's? and it looks like its missing the trow off arm. also, it appears that the muffler hole has been filled?

im assuming it will need some work to get it back to where it needs to be.

if you were going to purchase this, how much would u offer?

The shell layup looks odd to my eyes.

That is a 'filled' muffler hole.

I wouldn't pay much ... but that's me.

That is a micro-sensitive stainer and is of the correct era, it is missing the arm, Precission drum sells a repro arm for $20. Other than the filled holes it looks like a solid player to me. The edge does look a little funky near the strainer, I'd ask for a better picture.
