Another Beverley 21 snare

Hi, everybody! I'm Alvaro, from Manchester and I recently bought a Beverly 21 Aluminum snare, 10 lugs; it would be a good idea to polish the shell? At least I will only clean the different parts, not the shell. By the way, is it a seamless shell?

I don't see any harm in polishing the shell,I would try to not open any of the bubbles in the chrome,I had a Ludwig with severe bubbling where the bubbles opened up and would occasionally cut myself on it.
