Mike I love the hand painted head. Amazing work there. And not easy to do. When I was a kid I used to watch the local sign painter hand letter all the boats every spring at the boat yard. He'd sit and paint, drink cans of Budweiser, chain smoke and talk about whatever. He made it look so easy. A true artist. I didn't know Lake Compounce was the oldest amusement park. Interesting. Great job on the bass drum Mike!! It's just beautiful. Those metal hoops are so cool too!

Beautiful job. I'm really liking the job you did on that bass drum head. I tried something similar on my kit and my lack of preparation resulted in less than perfect results.
