I picked up an old Zildjian Saturday thats just a little TOO vintage for me.It is a 13" K. Constantinople made in Turkey. It weighs-in at 880g. I often wondered why this certain cymbal dosent fetch a high price as the K. Istanbuls. Anybody.......?

Because they're usually as heavy as sewer covers. They're marching band cymbals in fact. Or if they are thinner ones, like yours, they are so small that they would be of little interest in today's market. On the other hand, larger sized Constantinople K. concert orchestra pairs can sell for more than any other cymbals on earth, including Istanbul K.'s. But good luck finding any.
however, if you can find another one similar , you might be able to make a pair of nice hats out of them. someone, somewhere is sure to love them, sometime.
