Ajax 'Jack Parnell' Drum kit?

Hi Guys,

I'm buying a Ajax jack parnell drum kit of an old jazz tutor of mine, think its early 50's full set up as it was sold, pretty much mint condition with cases.

Just wondering if anyone has any info about these kits? havent managed to find much about them other than they had something to do with boosey & hawkes. If anyone has any info please let me know, are they a decent kit? and can i get parts for them etc.
