Hi everybody,
Might have an opportunity to pick this kit up - 60s round badge 20/12/16, 6-ply shells, all original, no extra holes. Some hardware is included, but I'm not sure what hardware.
So what's the lowest and highest you'd pay for this kit? The asking price is fair, I just want some input/ideas as to what the kit is worth in the real world.

Spikes on the lamiante floor - yikes! haha.
They look like nice drums - original wrap? - badges and all intact? - Silver Sealer of course......tags? If no tags could be a 60-61 or early 62 kit I think. Too bad the floor was not 14....but still..a very nice kit. I thinking $1300-$1600 tops for the 3 drums. Just an educated guess though. I took the price of the drums parted on eBay....roughly....and added them up. $500 for the rackT, $600-800 for the bd....maybe more.....$400 plus for the floor....if the floor was 14 it could fetch $700-$1200 or more. All these are just guesses from what I've seen in the past few years. I could be off a little, but my main point is I don't think you could go wrong to pay $1300 or so for these fine drums. The 50's/60's Gretsch 20" bass drums are killer.....I have one.

I guess I am not quite as bullish on these as Kona. The 12/16/20 configuration is a little unconventional and I would think that would keep the value down a bit. Also, splitting a set up can yield more for a seller, but the value of a complete set is often less than the sum of its parts. They look to be in great condition though.
