A tom with "M" lugs ? What is it..

Hello, iam looking at this on a web site.The drum has no badge has a Ludwig mount but the luds have a "M" on the middle of the lug.

So anyone knows the maker or any thing.

Iam going to bid onit but with shipping is going to be about 50.00..

Thank you all for the info. I did not win the drum I posted but I did win the other one on auction.now IAM looking for a bass,snare, floor Tom to make a set..
