Chalk up another shamed, once proud, family and a couple more ruined lives to the almighty lawyers..........
This is all I will say on this as to not really get going on lawyers and possibly incriminate myself to the point of being their next victim! They probably scan the forums for somebody to sue as well as every other possible outlet!

If he was asked to leave, and if you mean booted by admin, that would be the first time I have heard of that on this site. They are not power tripping' nerds looking to wave their almighty mice at anyone who steps out of line. They live and let live so to speak and I doubt seriously that the target of your query was booted.

No one was asked to leave... or got booted from the forum either, as both parties embroiled in the "spirited discussion" policed themselves by self editing on their own. I did go in and "mop up" a bit.. otherwise .. carry on men!!!

PS: THANKS drumhack... we do indeed make the attempt to let the forum and it's members breathe, although as one can well imagine, there ARE times where we have to practice an "editorial stance", as it were. But for the most part, you guys are GREAT! It's a fine forum with an excellent membership!

I am extremely happy to read your response. I have not seen any indication that this forum is run by the power tripping type mentality of certain other drum enthusiast sites. As soon as I noticed that the inaccurate rantings of the complaing guy had been removed, I felt that it was only proper for me to remove my posts that were intended to educate the ranter.
