I won this snare off of Ebay for 10.00..Its a Whitehall S.O.C, 5.5x14 snare drum.As we all know that Whitehall drums from the late 60's were made by Pearl -one of many names that they sold under-.The drum has the Pearl type of snare strainer and butt plate and the rounded knob on the muffler..But the funny thing the muffler is a Copy of a Roger's muffler 3 hole mounting screw's pattern.I tought that Star was the only one that made copy's of these Rogers mufflers?..The drum has No extra holes or has not been re-drilled at the muffler..Mikey
