I have been thinking about my post, "Scammers vs. Non-intentioners" and realize, partly because of input from fellow members, that I was not only nebulous in my intent, but overall very wishy washy! Why not tell it like it is? What is the difference between a low-life scammer and a POS who promises something with absolutely no intention of following through? I think you know to whom I am referring! Why would someone even do this? What intention would there be? Could it be some kind of an attention grabbing game? I would very much like to know. Thanks.
