I know that the Artwood snares of were the first Asian snares to hold or even increase in value,I believe the rosewood ones are one of the most desired.I think there were a lot of different models available, between woods, sizes and finishes.I don't know if 350.00 is a good deal or a steal, but I think a drum of that quality, especially if you like the way it sounds and plays,is worth in that price range.Hopefully the more knowledgable people will be along soon to help. And by the way welcome to the forum.
If it is one of the original Artstar series Birdseye drums and its in complete, mint condition its a good price. Not a steal but definitely good. I have seen a few in the 400 range.
