Sorry guys, but I'm "that guy...."

Message to seller:

Are you so delusional that you really think a Pearl POS could bring more than $50.00????

I thought I must be missing something... I remember Pearls' DLX, ELX, etc. lines... but didn't remember the POS line! :D

I purchased/traded an 83 Tama Superstar SET (minus snare)for the equivalent of $350 with a 24" bass. You could BUILD that drum from a Keller shell and 3bay hardware for the same price, give or take $50 either way.I would say a 26" bass may be worth some money,if there is even such a thing.

@ jonnistix - Wow, some of those Ebay vendors can get pretty touchy huh? Hope he doesn't 'sue' you for asking a derogatory question. I've had a couple of similar tangles myself, and now try to restrain my impulse to comment... unless it's just too irresistible. Perhaps we'll just have to let them learn the hard way, by re-listing numerous times, and getting no bids...

Gee... I was kinda hoping he's find someone who would pay that! Then maybe I could list mine that high! JK, of course!

It's kinda like old baseball cards... some people get them and think they've got gold or something.

Oh well. Sorry for starting this, as I sure didn't think I was going to get someone in trouble with a lawsuit!
