70’s Slingerland’s in Tangerine Sparkle Last viewed: 22 minutes ago

I have owned many vintage kits over the years but never anything in tangerine sparkle. When a friend of mine proposed to sell me a white 22' and a bare 16", i had to jump on it. I already had a complete 13" that was laying around on the studio floor for quite some time. I picked up the phone and called Sam and he shipped me some awesome wrap. i am pretty happy with the results.

Keep fixing them up...

Quite a transformation from white to tangerine. Nice work.

I recall finding a Gretsch Broadcaster set in a pawn shop on Washington Street near the Boston City Hospital back in the 90's (Suffolk Pawn Brokers) and it was in tangerine sparkle. They wanted more than I was willing to pay at the time, but the color really grabbed me as being very unusual. Definitely a 50/60's vibe.
