Just picked up this sweet set a few days ago. '75-'76ish 14/16/18/24 in green sparkle. All drums are 3ply with re-rings and maple interiors.

Really nice set o drums!! Now I'm stuck between choosing Red Sparkle,Green Sparkle and White Marine Pearl for a project set.

I was just discussing a similar project with VTM a couple of days ago.

I really needed to see a set in this configuration to keep me inspired.

Thanks for the compliments guys! I'm really happy that I found these. They're in really great shape, only one big scuff on the bass drum from the rack tom rubbing, and a little lifting of the wrap at the seam on the 16 floor. Otherwise the wrap looks really beautiful, and the maple on the interiors is some of the nicest I've seen. Everything appears original, and no extra holes.

Kev, I'm more of a smaller kit kinda guy, and I wasn't sure how I would like these, but man I'm really loving them. Your right, they thunder like no other set I've played! They came with some nice aquarian coated heads that sound fantastic. I'm really impressed with this config actually, I just need to find a 6.5x14 sound king from the same era to top it off. Id say go for it buddy, you won't be dissapointed.
