70's Diamond plate tom mount cover???

Loading...

Hello, was curious if anyone out there knows if they make a cover for the diamond shaped Ludwig 70's tom holder?

I have a 60's bass drum that a previous owner drilled into and put the diamond plate tom holder on.

I know that Pearl makes a cover for their tom mounts to make it a virgin kit.

I am not refinishing the kit I just want to fill the holes.

Is this plate made?

Thank you

Mikey's on the right track. Make your own fraction of the cost. Only I would suggest using .125" aluminum. Aluminum will be much easier to shape to the curvature of the shell. Once the fab work is done, a few minutes on a buffer wheel will make it shine like chrome.
