'69ish Sound King w/ Dual Super Strainer - parts help please

New to the forum so hope this is appropriate:

I am restoring a 1969 Slingerland Sound King with a Dual SuperStrainer. I am lacking the bushings and the snare wires to complete the rebuild.

Can anyone please help me locate these parts so I can reunite this amazing snare with my WTP kit it came with?

I am really at a loss as to where to look to find these parts and will be grateful for any assistance.
