Hey, Retro. Don't know for certain, but most of the later Teardrops used a 19mm post and arm, and those can be bought new from Sonor in several ways. Presumably you are familiar with ST DRUMS in Germany, who cater to older kits. They show several ways on their website to use modern arms that fit Tears.

Hope this helps.

although the old arms had a nice delicate curve to them, there are quite a few aftermarket 3/4" arms out there that will work. they usually come with set locks on them and definitely don't look quite as old as the rest of the kit but i have used a few and at least they work. Trixon arms are too big.

Hello.. in Reference to the following that is quoted from this thread..

"Hey, Retro. Don't know for certain, but most of the later Teardrops used a 19mm post and arm, and those can be bought new from Sonor in several ways. Presumably you are familiar with ST DRUMS in Germany, who cater to older kits. They show several ways on their website to use modern arms that fit Tears."

Can someone direct me specifically either the link that is describled, or to how one buys these parts new from Sonor? I am trying to put together a dual tom mount and downtube to kick for my 74 Champions all which have the 19.2mm diameters. I suppose 3/4" would work as well. Thanks!-V
