65 Ludwig Blue Oyster Pearl Base and Tom

65 Ludgwig Sky Blue Pearl Base Drum and Tom RACK (can't seem to be able to change title)

Small update:

A couple people asked me their exact size, if there were any additional holes drilled in them and how much shipping would be to East Coast. Answers:

April 23rd 1965, No additional holes drilled in drums (I have pictures for anyone who wants them)

Tom 13", Base 22"

Shipping to East Coast Canada or US approx $200. This is by truck as I would crate and palletize them. I have not checked UPS or FED EX

Hello all,

I recently inherited 2 drums and a handful of pedals and accessories.

I would like to find a good home for them so will post information here and hopefully someone will be interested.

The serial numbers indicate that they are from 1965. Single owner. They were apparently played for a few years in the late 60s and then stored in a heated basement for 50 years!! The other pieces got lost along the ways so this is not a complete set. I would sell together or separately.

Really just looking for fair market value.

I am in Calgary and will blanket wrap and crate for shipping.

My email is max@vadessa.com for direct contact or for more information.

The serial numbers are:

Bass 131517

Tom 131542

I cannot seem to upload pics so please email me and I will send to you.

This fellow Max contacted me earlier and these drums are actually Sky Blue Pearl wrap and NOT Oyster blue pearl.

Looks like 1965 or thereabouts by the Keystone Serial numbers. Looks like he has the rack tom and bass drum. I think he would appreciate help from Forum members on these drums.

April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

These drums have never been posted.

I cannot vouch for fade as I have never seen an unfaded one but they were stored in the fabric cases for over 40 years!!
