Hi Folks,
I'm selling my Rogers, Humberto Morales Series, timbales. I believe their from the late 60's or early 70' based on limited information I could find online, some here in this forum (if anyone has a more informed opinion on the age, please feel free to share). The 13" & 14" drums are heavy steel with the original heads and hoops. They are in good to fair condition with a bit of interior surface rusting, one water spot on the underside of one of the heads, considerable chipping of the hoop coating on the 13" drum, and the original heads are fairly spent but original nonetheless. I've tried to show all damage in the posted photos, but could post more photos if necessary.
I'm asking $200 but will entertain any reasonable offer. I don't think that's too expensive as there are not a lot of these around and the two listings I could find priced them at 6 & 8 hundred. If I'm totally out of the ballpark either way, please don't hesitate to share an educated opinion on my pricing.
The Tama stand is not included, but if you are interested in buying these, I'd make a deal for the stand with the drums.
I'll ship if necessary, but local pickup or meet 1/2 way would be preferred due to the weight of the drums. I imagine shipping will cost $60+.
Thanks for looking and commenting,
Brian
