Hello, crashn11,
I have a set of Supreme drums which were made by Star in the mid-sixties. A set of Tempos as well (also Star). The lugs on the bass and tom appear identical, as do the bass t-rods. Tom mount as well. I'd say they were made by Star but, I'm no expert on anything. Ralf, a fellow member would be able to make a positive identification. Hope this might help.
