Perhaps a question many of you know, but I have no idea! Is there a difference between a 60's piccolo strainer, and a downbeat? Is there a difference in hole dimensions? Thanks!

I don't understand. A 60's Ludwig piccolo IS a downbeat. The strainer is called the p-84. It was used on the 4x14 model as well as the 3x13 model.
