60's-era Ludwig ID and mount info?

Hi all,

So I managed to pick up this ludwig kit recently for cheap. The seller thought it was from the 60's but didn't know much more about it. It looks like it's had some work done, and I can't find serial numbers anywhere except for some printed text inside the shell. Also, I'm having trouble with the mount -- nothing I can find will fit in the hole. Any tips? Also, if I were to flip these, any guesses on their value?

Sorry to say, your kit is an import kit with Ludwig mounts. Need a close-up of the lug for identification...

Unfortunately, the only thing Ludwig about those drums is the tom mount.

It's a recovered import set. I'd imagine if someone liked that color ( I think it's pretty cool...it was called onyx and was sold by Precision and the other wrap sellers), and wanted a small knock around or practice set, you may be able to sell it for $150-200.

Cool. What do you think the shell material is? Any idea on the age of the shells?
