I need to take some pics of this soon, recently I posted the issue I was having with my 70 super sound king throw off that was loose, and would not stay in snare mode, someone said I should use fishing line to tie back to tension rods, but I thought that was tacky, so a friend of mine who is a drummer came up with a remarkable idea, as you know, this snare has dual adjustments on both ends of the drum, on the opposite side of the throw, he put a .59 screw anchor in between the gear that engauges the snare, it fit perfectly, and you can't see it at all, now my snare stays in snare mode and all is good, after my busy weekend I'll post a pic, G
