59' Ludwig Trans Badge

Loading...

Found this '59 Ludwig Trans Badge kit in rough shape...drilled out for a 70's Pearl double tom mount and wrapped (more like raped) in a horrid green/gray satin flame wrap. Brought her back to the glory of a kit that you see here today! 22/16/12 with matching Pioneer snare. This is my main gigging kit now...sounds so good!

Enjoy them! I owned a 59 transition badge kit and it was one of the best sounding Ludwig drum kits I've ever played.

Nice save! Congrats.

John

Too many great drums to list here!

Thanks, Fellas. I had another thread going showing the before pics...check it out. Also...not sure why I listed it as a '59...it's stamped Dec 1958! Must have been tired when I posted this pic. Anywho...here you go!
