I met this man about a year ago when purchasing an 80's or something drumset from him. He proceeded to take me back to a back room with an old 59 bass drum in it. First of all there was a cymbal stuck in it and he was just reefing on it to get it out. Then he goes on to tell me hes cutting it in half and making it a clock. I was so shocked i asked why, he then says when you have so many as me you can offord to do stuff like that and then told me about all the ones he has and how much they are worth blah blah. I almost wanted to cry. what a waste. what an idiot too. hes no collector he doesnt have the mentality. hes just a stupid old man. if i had the money for the rediculously high price he would have asked for it i would have bought it in a heart beat. I kick myself for not having more money that day.
