50's Olympic kit!!!

I am picking this kit up on Friday !!! Any one know ,what color,they were ??? I just found out ,that snare is brass and I will try to clean it !!!

Let's see. ....maybe left behind by R.A.F. members of the B.C.A.T.P. " Victory Orchestra". Some of them , very popular lads with the ladies of Manitoba , I would hazard a guess. ...... perhaps the finish could be described, at some point anyway, as Pearl Necklace?

The Deco lugs denote 1930's,but they could have used the same lug for 30 years a la Ludwig..

The badge looks old Skool though....fo sho

The double ended lugs are the same as on the '37 Dominion Ace. Premier used them on Olympic, subsequent, to their discontinuance on Premier, late 30's and 40's------maybe even into the 50's.
