40's Era Slingerland Radio King Snare Parts Needed

I'm looking for a "Clamshell" style strainer holder. A complete unit that has both the operating mechanism and the static holder on the other side.

Also could use a muffler, the style that has two pads internally, and a bracket with mounting screws on either side of a larger screw in the center for adjusting the pressure.

'44 or '45, from the catalog pics and advice from others here. I'm getting tempted to desecrate another drum off eBay just to make mine complete!
