There are certainly 3x13 piccolo snares from that era, made from Ludaloy and chrome finished (just like the Supra finish). That would look like COW on the outside, but if you find wood on the inside that's a different story. What color is the inside of the COW? [img]http://www.black.net.nz/misc/ani-cow.gif[/img]

White with re-rings shells were gone for the most part by the time the B/O badges came along. But with an odd size like that, you never know. Could have been a leftover shell that was wrapped. Hard to say. Might be a custom job too.
