Does any one know of such a beast that's older, the new ones are 150 bucks and without an inlay, I could get it made, but there HAS to be one somewhere in this world!Cool1

Hi, try checking with a high school band director. They might be able to tell you of someone that restores the marching drums for them. Good luck.
