23" A.Zil? Last viewed: 4 hours ago

Bought 1 today........looks pretty old!......I tend to find odd size A.Zils to be pretty old....like the 25" Trans Stamp and 9" Splash I had some time back.....

Keeping fingers crossed that this 23" will be a Trans Stamp!

I bought a cymbal at MGR yesterday that was tagged as a 23". Turns out it was a 22.25" but it has a nice edge wobble and a trans stamp. Priced like any other A. Zildjian that comes through their door...gotta love it.

I bought a 23" 50s A. Zildjian on this forum. It was sold as a 22" but when I couldn't get it in my cymbal bag I got out the tape measure. I'd never seen one before. It's a pretty cool cymbal

as it happens I was playing it last night. I have it loaned out to a buddy who loves it but I've always found it a bit big. But I was using his kit for a rehearsal last night and I really enjoyed playing it. It's a nice medium weight and not too loud.
