I've wondered this for awhile & hope someone can clear this up for me.Is a extention lever from a 20s ludwig super strainer the exact same lever used on the 30s professional timepiece strainer?In pictures,it sometimes appears that the timepiece lever is slightly longer.Thanks!

The lever for an L&L Super mechanism is shorter than the the lever used on the Professional strainer, the lever on the Professional strainer is also the same size lever that is used on the Sensitive mechanism that is on L&L Super-Sensitive, Standard Sensitive, New-Era Sensitive and Power-Sensitive models.

Thanks Mike for clearing that up.One more question .Are 1920s super levers on 4x14s,5x14s,6.5x14s all the same length? or are 4x14s shorter?6.5 longer?etc.thanks again!

To the best of my knowledge the Super levers (short) are the same for all 3 sizes of Super-Ludwigs...and the Sensitive levers (long) are the same for the 5x14, 5x15, 6.5x14, 6.5x15 Super-Sensitive Models...they did not make a 4x14 or 4x15 Super-Sensitive model.
