That's a pretty sweet deal. Doesn't read like a scam but a few questions immediately come to mind.

Then how would he know to ID it as a 20's?

This is a scam, it has been advertised here in the UK for years.

I wonder how many people have been caught out on this one with money transfers and suchlike, every now and then you get these type of adverts on Craiglist and if you ask to view the item there is a tall story about how the item is not available to be seen, "but if you would like to transfer money its all yours"
