20" A. Large Stamp type I

Here's this type I large stamp that's about as dark as A's come. It seems to fit right in with my K's. I think Mel might have dug this one:

In the past, Drumaholic has used Vic Firth AJ6's (American Jazz series) on a lot of his his clips. I think he still does. They're hickory, about the length and width of a 7a with a very narrow tapered neck, and a small, slightly elongated teardrop tip. Its a low volume stick that allows you to dig in without overwhelming the cymbal or other musicians. In my opinion, there is no other stick made that makes cymbals sound better. But, its intended for small acoustic ensembles only.
