Last Monday I picked up my 1st Supraphoic and today I just received my 1st Acrolite. As soon as it warms up to room temp, I`ll give her a test drive. So, not all Mondays suck! LOL

Hey...you're on a roll!!
Let us know your opinion of the two drums (allowing for heads and tuning, if different).
WOW, your first Acro is a 60's! Is also your Supraphonic? Nothing plays like both those snares....IMO.
Just started tuning it and then the wife came home! In holding pattern right now, but will resume in a few. (Laughing at myself right now)
Got her tuned in! (the drum) not too bad to tune, sound right there with the Supra. I`m going to play around with the tuning ranges and see what I can get out of these old gals (the snares of course) loving the sound, I recommend playing one ASAP if your have not tried one yet. Don`t know what took me so long.
Beauty of drum!! My go to snare!
Cheers,BigE
A friend of mine gave me a acrolite like that. mine is a 1969 keystone and is silver like yours. all my others have a green tint to them with the exception of my 2 blackrolites. I hope mine turns out to look as good as yours after i get through cleanin it.
